Juventus consider signing Christian Eriksen on a free transfer from Spurs in 2020
Christian Eriksen-Tottenham Hotspur
Italian Champions Juventus are plotting a move for Christian Eriksen whose contract with English club Tottenham Hotspur ends in 2020. Juventus have recently signed Emery Can, Adrian Rabiot, Aaron Ramsey on a free-transfer.
Eriksen has rejected Tottenham’s new offer that would see his current pay increase significantly and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy hopes to sell the midfielder for a cut-price transfer fee of €50m in the next few weeks.
Eriksen has been linked throughout the transfer window with Real Madrid but the Spanish club have not yet made a formal offer for the 27 year old playmaker.
Unless Eriksen moves to another club in the next few weeks or signs a new contract with Spurs, he will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement with any club.
