PSG launch a £60 million bid for Juventus’ Pjanic
There were widespread speculation in the media that Real Madrid and PSG were interested in Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic. PSG have now gone a step further and launched a £60 million bid for the Bosnian. After being eliminated by Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League, Thomas Tuchel wants to strengthen his midfield to mount a credible challenge next year at the European level.
It is believed that Real Madrid are also very interested in signing the 29 year old to rebuild the squad after their disastrous season. Zinedine Zidane wants atleast 5 signings. They are also linked with Christian Eriksen, Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard. The later has reportedly agreed personal terms with the club from the Spanish capital.
The Bianconeri value the midfielder at £87 million and consider the bid from PSG to be too low as per reports from ‘The Sun‘. Juventus hope to bring Paul Pogba back to Turin if the Bosnian gets sold in the summer.
