Xhaka’s shocking admission: Arsenal not the last stop
Xhaka - Arsenal
Arsenal signed Granit Xhaka in 2016 from Borussia Monchengladbach and the 26 year old is one of the first names on Unai Emery’s team sheet in the Premier League.
The Swiss midfielder has scored 11 times for the Gunners since joining the club. Despite winning the Arsenal faithful with his performances in the red and white shirt, he has now shocked them in his recent interview to Tagblatt.
Xhaka indicated he is considering leaving the Gunners but didn’t mention a time frame. The midfielder said “I’m very ambitious, I want to take the next step. Arsenal does not have to be the last stop”. If Xhaka decides to leave, Arsenal should consider replacing him with Adrien Rabiot from PSG who is available for free.
