Manchester United hope to sign Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Koulibaly and Ivan Rakitic in Summer
As reported by TalkSport, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has identified Wan-Bissaka and Rakitic as major summer transfer targets and the club will pursue Koulibaly, whom they failed to land from Napoli after tabling a £95million bid in December. The Red Devils hope to catch some lost ground to rivals Manchester City and Liverpool by spending big yet again.
Despite Rakitic expressing his desire to stay at Barcelona, the English giants believe they can convince the Croatian to move to Old Trafford after reports in Spain claim the Catalan club are considering selling the 30 year old to balance their books.
Kalidou Koulibaly is regarded as one of the best defenders in Europe and those who watch him in Italy rate him higher than Liverpool centreback Van-Dijk. With Napoli having rejected a £95million bid, Man United must table a nine digit bid to have any chance of landing the Senegalese defender.
Arsenal transfer target Wan-Bissaka has established himself in the Premier League with a series of fantastic displays for the Eagles. With both Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young in their thirties, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has prioritized signing a right back after Diago Dalot has failed to impress him.
The England youth international has also been linked with Manchester City but the Citizens are believed to be in no rush to sign a right back. The full back is valued at £40 million by Crystal Palace but a bidding war could inflate his price.
